Abstract
- The article represents the U.S. Supreme Court's limitation on an employee's claim to discriminatory pay under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In an example intended to demonstrate the workplace realities of discriminatory pay, the high court states that the plaintiffs must meet the one-hundred eighty days limit specified in the Act of 1964 in submitting discriminatory pay claims.
