The article describes the case of a 54-year-old woman with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 syndrome and a giant prolactinoma who developed cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak and pneumoencephalus after doses of cabergoline. Previous growth of a tumor have caused erosion of the ethmoid and sphenoid bones with CSF leaks.
