The author reflects on the reversal plans of Microsoft chairman Bill Gates and its officials to support Unified Modelling Language (UML) which is the most-used specification, the way the world models not only applications of the structure, behavior, and architecture but also on business processes and data structure. Microsoft has the modeling technology based on UML and has announced support for UML and such integration of UML into Microsoft tools will be a win-win for customers.
