Violations of Independence under Amendment and Plurality Rules with Anonymous Voters.

Under the impartial anonymous culture assumption (IAC), we evaluate the proportion of anonymous profiles at which the amendment and plurality voting procedures violate the property of independence of irrelevant alternatives (IIA).
