Abstract
- We describe a case of a missed posterior dislocation of the right shoulder with a large reverse Hillsach’s lesion wherein we had to modify the commonly used Neer’s modification of McLaughlin’s procedure as there was severe communition of the lesser tuberosity. This case also illustrates the pitfalls associated with identification and management of these relatively rare injuries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
