“Locked” posterior dislocation of the shoulder with communition of the lesser tuberosity: a stabilisation technique.

We describe a case of a missed posterior dislocation of the right shoulder with a large reverse Hillsach’s lesion wherein we had to modify the commonly used Neer’s modification of McLaughlin’s procedure as there was severe communition of the lesser tuberosity.
