Baseball's Other Racial Barrier.

The author reflects on the racial barrier in baseball leagues. He believes that the percentage of Latinos in college baseball are still low despite a good percentage in U.S. professional baseball. He sees that college baseball is having a hard time attracting nonwhite players. Baseball at the college level has also been perceived to be a game for the privileged where players must participate in travel leagues and showcase tournaments.
