Abstract
- The article focuses on the significance of monitoring employee safety in the electronics industry. Adoption of a workplace safety system that monitors, evaluates and improves organizational performance has been recommended for manufacturers. The benefits of having a healthy and safe workforce are also presented including a return on investment (ROI) of at least $3 for every $1 invested in workplace safety.
