Abstract

The morphologic details present to the group of the Bacillariophytas, cause in many of the cases errors in the identification, this condition has constituted Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) like a tool fundamental for clasification, but require effort of time by the complexity in the sample preparation and stops costs that limit the use of this instrument. For such reason three techniques for Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) previous cleaning of the frústulos of the diatomeas to evalued: 1: shaded in evaporator to the emptiness, 2: Fixation with osmic steam, 3: with acetate of uranilo (5 min) and 4: with acetate of uranilo (10 min).
