Abstract
- The solubility of rifapentine in methanol, ethanol, acetone, chloroform, and dichloromethane was measured at temperatures ranging from (278 to 323) K under the atmospheric pressure. The solubility of rifapentine in the above solvents increased in the order chloroform > methanol > dichloromethane > ethanol > acetone. The experimental solubility data were well-correlated with the data, calculated by means of a semiempirical equation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
