An Urgent Call for Ethics Education.

The article presents a commentary on the paper by C. Grady and colleagues on the influence of ethics education on the moral action of practicing nurses and social workers. The commentary adds to the debate over the content and structure of ethics education. It emphasizes that having post-professional training ethics education had a positive impact on participants, even though the content of post professional training ethics education were known.
