The article reports on the survey regarding business process outsourcing (BPO) projects in the U.S. It states that seven out of 10 companies are forming ahead of BPO initiatives and it has been seen as a cost cutting tool but as a way to push strategic agendas such as transforming processes or increasing revenues. Moreover, it shows that three-fourths of companies say they will use an outsourcer in the next 12 months, thirty percent say they will increase their use, while 7% will cut back.
