Abstract
- The article discusses the library processing of 12 cubic meters of German newspapers returned in February 2003 from the the Russian state library archives to Berlin, Germany. The contents are being stored in Allegro and SQL databases and the papers returned to those publishers still in existence. The effort is known as "Project Newspaper Portal."
