Abstract
- The article focuses on using works of art as primary sources in history classes in the U.S. According to the author, works of art by their very nature offer students a window into the creative process. Works of art, accordingly, provide students with the opportunity to become proficient in the analysis and interpretation of that process and to articulate the diverse perspectives and emotional response that come from such analysis.
