Abstract

The article discusses various approaches on how to improve consumer expectation in public or private healthcare system in the U.S. The government must establish accountable and quantifiable reforms that distinguish its role with private organizations. Partnership of public and private organizations allows them to learn from each other and become more service-oriented. Furthermore, strategic goals, outcomes and projects must be defined, however they must be accompanied with operational goals that meet organizational commitment.
