Abstract
- The author reflects on the two major developments that has influenced the present state of white-collar workers at the federal level in the U.S. First development talks on the large-scale corporate fraud cases which involved losses of a scale that urged the Federal Government to punishing white-collar crime. Second development states that the Supreme Court has progressively restored on sentencing judgments holding that district court might depart from the guidelines on the policy agreements.
