- Describes a low-cost library database solution developed by staff members at the North Dakota State University Libraries. Creation of a search-engine consisting of a microcomputer running UNIX to serve relational database; CGI forms' offer of flexible interface designs; Implementation of the technology to distribute two local databases via the Web.
