Abstract
- The article offers tips in optimizing energy consumption for the crude oil unit. It recommends that maintaining the operating efficiency of furnaces is essential. It cites the control of several factors including high excess air, high setting losses, and partial load operation in order to achieve higher efficiency levels. It also emphasizes the integration design and operation before heating crude oil in the furnaces.
