Abstract
- Paul Tagliabue, the former N.F.L. commissioner, said this week in a Federal Communications Commission filing that Comcast removed the NFL Network from a broadly available digital tier as retaliation for the league's not selling eight regular-season games each season to Comcast's Versus channel. The games went to the NFL Network. Moving the league's channel from Comcast's expanded basic level to its digital sports tier ignited a public feud and a separate lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
