In the binuclear title complex, [Ag2(C9H5O6)2(C12H9N3)2], the two AgI atoms are in a trigonal planar environment formed by two N atoms from two 2-(3-pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands and one O atom from a 3,5-dicarboxybenzoate ligand, forming a centrosymmetric cyclic dimer.
