Abstract
- The article presents information on the recommendation of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) according to which any manuscript acknowledging research support from the NIH should be uploaded to PubMed Central (PMC) within 12 months of the manuscript's publication. It has been reported that the requirement encompasses peer-reviewed research and review papers with effective from April 7, 2008.
