Abstract: The article offers news briefs on antiviral agents. Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Tibotec have started screening patients for a Phase 3 clinical trial called the Advance study. The U.S. Food & Drug Adminstration has added information about hepatotoxicity to the warnings section of darunavir prescribing information. An update has been made to Reyataz capsule label to include the recommended dosage for patients aged between 6 to 18 years.
