Abstract
- The article reports on the findings of a study which revealed that male circumcision did not appear to have a significant effect on HIV transmission reduction in a U.S. population of men who have sex with men. The results contradict the findings of two trials in Africa that indicated male circumcision can help reduce HIV risk.
