Bone mineral density improved with denosumab.

The article discusses a study of the impact of denosumab on bone mineral density among women with non-metastatic breast cancer taking adjuvant aromatase inhibitor therapy. Patients were divided based on duration of therapy. Results showed that density was preserved in larger portions of the denosumab group versus the placebo group.
