The article discusses the conflict between Chechnya authorities and the military after the latter miscalculated their aim at firing insurgent camps and hit the village of Gekhi instead. Chechnyan President Ramzan Kadyrov called the mistake as a criminal negligence urging the military prosecutors to charge case. However, military prosecutors said that there is no need to charge the soldiers because they are voluntarily paying for the damages incurred by the village.
