- The article provides information related to the 2008-2009 Research Paper Contest of Bayer MaterialScience. The company encourages young and aspiring Chinese researchers to think creatively about water-borne and UV coatings, as well as solvent-borne products to be used in new applications. The initiative has received the support of prestigious organizations like China Academy of Science & Technology, Chengdu Waterborne Research Center, and Marine Research Institute of Chemical Industry.
