Chiliaditi syndrome is a rare syndrome, which is a position abnormality of the transverse colon lonely or with the small intestine interposing in hepatodiaphragmatic gap. Generally it may be without symptoms, but sometimes, there may be the typical symptoms such as a abdominal pain, nause, vomiting and constipation; however, atypical symptoms such as dyspnea and chest pain may also exist. Altough the diagnosis of COPD were not verified by the physical examinations, 63 years old, male patient having the concordant clinical findings for COPD and treated as COPD was presented due to the rare clinical characters and laboratory findings of Chiliaditi syndrome.
