Abstract
- The article looks at how some companies are improving the relationship between safety professionals and front-line supervisors. The safety campaign at the US Airways' heavy maintenance facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania involves a jointly developed and delivered four-hour training program. At Black and Veatch, safety professionals have accessed to quality training products which satisfy demands from front-line supervisors.
