Abstract
- The article reports on the cooperation of several companies in supplying armored vehicles to the Presidential Guard of President Idriss Déby Itno of Chad, as stated by "The Bulletin," an English language weekly newspaper in Brussels. The vehicles are said to come from French, Belgian and South African companies. The newspaper claims that the shipment of armored vehicles to Chad in 2007 is in breach of the European Union code of conduct on arms exports.
