Abstract
- The article provides information on the redesign of the Boeing 787 aircraft. The 787 lacks a hump, but Boeing turned to its longtime design collaborator, Teague Aviation, for ideas on what the airplane should look like. Boeing's aerodynamicists refined the Teague concept so its tail looks less like a shark's fin and its nose is blunter. One of the most talked-about features of the 787 are its windows. They are 25 percent larger than on standards airplanes.
