The Limits of 21st-Century Revolution.

The author presents eight rules of modern political life as reflected by actions of Hugo Chavez, the president of Venezuela. He states about, Chavez's support for anti-U.S. networks and about his moves with respect to national identity and globalization. He also mentions about, increase in trade between Venezuela and the U.S., despite political problems, with bilateral trade amounting to about $47 billion in 2007.
