Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a postmenopausal woman who experienced a hemorrhage complication during transvaginal repair of cystocele using the transobturator method, a minimally invasive procedure. It states that the accidental puncturing of the internal hypogastric vein following a posterior left needle insertion causes the hemorrhage. Embolization of the area affected temporarily confines the condition.
