Abstract: The article presents quotations of school children's amusing statements together with statistics related to education in Great Britain. The Department for Children, Schools and Families' figures for the numbers of schools (nursery, primary, secondary, and special), pupils, and full-time, qualified teachers in the nation, as of 2007, are presented.
