Abstract
- The article discusses about policies surrounding the use of light bulbs. According to the article, governments are now restricting the use of incandescent bulbs as it contributes to the climate change. It was said that incandescent bulbs tend to be only 5 percent efficient in converting power to light, and is also a mass emitter of greenhouse gases.
