Abstract
- The article features country singer Josh Turner. Turner's road to stardom began after performing at the Grand Ole Opry, where he sang his self-made song, "Long Black Train." Soon afterwards, MCA Records gave him a recording contract and his debut album featuring the single, "Long Black Train." He also won the Country Music Association's Song of the Year and Video of the Year awards.
