Ethical Guidelines to Publication of Chemical Research.

The article presents the ethical guidelines to the publication of chemical research. The guidelines embodied in the document were revised by the editors of the publications division of the American Chemical Society in January 2006. They include: ethical obligations of editors of scientific journals, ethical obligations of authors, ethical obligations of reviewers of manuscripts, ethical obligations of scientists publishing outside the scientific literature. The guidelines offered are understood and subscribed to by the majority of experienced research chemists.
