Abstract
- The article presents health advice on how to manage health risks at various ages for both men and women. Women ages 18 to 34 should get regular pelvic exams and pap smears, and men 18 to 34 should self-examine their testicles for lumps. Both men and women 35 to 40 should get blood pressure and body mass index tests. At 50 to 64 years old everyone should get a colonoscopy. People over 65 years old should be check for Alzheimer's disease and lung cancer.
