Abstract
- The article discusses a program in California for engineers. In December Governor Schwarzenegger announced the program would educate 20,000 new engineers at state public universities and would make the certification process quicker for 3,000 California veterans who had performed engineering military jobs. The program is also going to expand the High Tech high state charter school organization that created 10 engineering charter high schools.
