Abstract
- The article focuses on the design technology used for the suspension bridge that would connect the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx with the Bayside section of Queens, between the New England Thruway, George Washington Bridge and Long Island in New York City. Advanced Recycling System units were used, including modular dust collectors. The three-coat system of coatings were tested against the AASHTO R31 requirements.
