Abstract
- The article describes a community in San Francisco, California known as the Mission District and the programs that are made available to citizen who require access to certain resources. The Mission Neighborhood Resource Center attempts to give aid to low-income families, homeless individuals, immigrants and others who are struggling in the community. The author explains how the Center works, what sorts of programs it offers and how they maintain services. The article also explains how this program has protected itself and its clients through creating a sustainable community connection.
