Abstract: The article discusses physics research conducted in 2007 in regards to the development of a battery made of paper. The work of a team at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York is described, incorporating carbon nanotube arrays and dissolved cellulose to produce electric power. The design's ability to easily augment itself is also noted.
