Abstract: The article presents a systematic literature review for the National Telehealth Outcome Indicators Project (NTOIP), Canada's national guidance on specific outcome indicators for use when evaluating telehealth applications. Chosen themes for the papers include quality, access, acceptability and cost. According to the article, the identified outcome indicator must be appropriate and capable of being readily measured.
