Abstract
- The article reports on the Justice Gustin L. Reichbach's dismissal of charges against U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation supervisor, Roy Lindley DeVecchio, who was accused of quadruple-murder. The prosecution's key witness, Linda Schiro, could face perjury charges. Schiro told a prosecutor and a detective investigator in the winter of 2005 that DeVecchio and a Mafia assassin conspired to commit murder.
