CHAPTER FOUR: Of a New Consciousness.

Chapter four of the book "Constructing Musical Healing: The Wounds That Heal" is presented. It explores how the New Age, which is composed of many traditions both ancient and modern, has produced a variety of musical practices regarded as intrinsically healing. The New Age has formulated healing systems within the context of a strong spiritual sense that can be understood as balancing the dominant classical and popular traditions of the West.
