Abstract

18599 Hong, a good maize ( Zea mays) inbred line as well as good transformation acceptor with high regeneration capacity, was used for isolating embryonic callus regeneration genes. Subtractive library was constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization and screened by reverse Northern hybridization. The clones of no. 27 was randomly picked to sequence.
