Abstract
- The article reports on the development of SmartSurve surveillance system that explores commercialization options by Sven Fleck and colleagues in Germany. It is a smart-sensor-based system that records events in an integrated, georeferenced three-dimensional display (3D) model. The system features SmartTrack Camera Network which is capable in tracking time, video analysis and visualization within georeferenced model that uses Google Earth and Server Node.
