Abstract
- The article provides an author's view on the out-of-work hours in Great Britain. She notes that the skills needed is the ability to work flexibly, in which the work is arranged in four-to five-hour shifts with longer shifts at night. The author added that the necessary training is applying to Thamesdoc which one have to provide documentation, including General Medical Council (GMC) and Medical Defense Union (MDU)/Medical Protection Society (MPS) certification.
