Etiology, Detection, and Management of Fetal Macrosomia in Pregnancies Complicated by Diabetes Mellitus.

The article presents a study about the etiology, detection and management of fetal macrosomia in pregnancies that are complicated by diabetes mellitus. The study evaluates the placental, maternal, and fetal mechanisms that may contribute to excessive fetal growth. Different methods used to predict and detect fetal macrosomia are examined.
