Abstract: The article reports on the December 5, 2007 opening of the Fordham University Museum of Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Art in New York City. The museum was built to house the antiquities collected by financier and philanthropist William D. Walsh, who donated his collection to the school in 2006. It was also built to create public access to the collection.
