Abstract
- The author reflects on the frequent use of religion in the U.S. politics. He states that even the "Pledge of Allegiance" includes Christianity on its phrases. He also cited U.S. President George W. Bush's relying on Jay Hein, head of the Bush office aid to religion, regarding his various decisions especially when it comes to helping the poor.
