Preliminary study of lactation curves in graded Murrah buffaloes.

Abstract
- The article presents a study of lactation curves in graded Murrah buffaloes. It used 665 records of milk yield from three lactations of cattle unit with 23 to 25 female graded buffaloes in grass pasture. It is noted that the quadratic logarithmic expression showed the highest values of adjustment. It is considered that the expression describes best buffalo milk production in the given conditions.
